This tour is especially design for those who wish to experiencing some relaxing moments surrounded by the pleasant atmosphere by the natural springs of Saturnia.

Your English speaking driver/guide will welcome you at your hotel or any other places of your convenience in Rome at 8.00am (suggested time).
We will then leaving the city of Rome proceeding on a 2 hours drive north along the coast through the Roman and then the Tuscan Countryside until Saturnia.

Saturnia is one of the most amazing spa resorts in Italy located in the most beautiful and uncontaminated Maremma, Tuscany. The village of Saturnia is famous throughout the world for its unique hot springs, as well as its thermal baths. There are two outdoor waterfalls, the Cascate del Mulino and Cascate del Gorello.

The Cascate del Mulino are probably the most famous natural springs in Tuscany. The waterfalls are made of several natural pools of warm sulphurous water, as well as a relaxing waterfall. The water is a constant 37.5 C, and continually runs down from the hill where it bubbles up. Before it gets to the public section where visits are free, the spring is a private spa complex that is large. The Terme di Saturnia are a group of natural sulphurous hot springs of crystal light-blue water flowing into dozens of steaming white limestone pools, and are well-known for their therapeutic and relaxing properties. This tour can be totally customized in order to suit all your specific interests and needs.

Your vehicle & driver/guide will remain at your disposal for the entire day if you wish to just enjoy a relaxing day and receive the health benefits of bathing in the natural hot springs of Saturnia.

If time permits, on the way back possibility to stop in Manciano, a pretty hilltop town in the Maremma area of Tuscany. Manciano has a well-maintained historical center with a castle on top that was built in 1188. The town offers views of the gentle hills that extend inland toward the mountains and down toward the sea.

This tour length is approximately 10 hours in total and is conducted by an English-speaking driver/guide-tour escort.
