Our responsibility in the time of Covid-19
With Covid-19 threatening countries across the Globe, our priority continues to be Customer Care. That’s why we’d like to take action and tell you how we are going to assist our clients, in the wake of these difficult times.
Given the extraordinary events that are deeply affecting our Country because of this Worldwide Pandemic, unfortunately the only thing left to do is patiently wait for the situation to return to normal. Apparently it will not be so soon.
But as soon as the situation settles, to guarantee our support, we will proceed with a strategic plan for all of our customers who have reserved and prepaid any of our services, for their travels in the upcoming months. We are following the same methods that other Travel Agencies, receptive structures and Airlines all over the World are adopting. Like using the credit to postpone the reservations.
And if rescheduling will not be possible, we’ll honor our cancellation policy and provide a refund, once the circumstances will allow it.
Although we fear it will not be immediate.
So in order to provide full cooperation, we kindly ask of you to be patient. We’ll do the best we can to give you all the information you need. These are difficult times for everyone. We will do everything it takes to make sure all of our clients receive our full assistance, nonetheless.
